Returning Your Purchase

Items returned to Access Ingenuity must be in new condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Any components, including instruction manuals and accessories, must be unmarked and in new condition. All computer software must be unopened unless otherwise noted. To return an item to Access Ingenuity, please take the following approach to ensure efficient delivery and a prompt refund:

  • Check the Date - All returns must be sent back to Access Ingenuity within 30 days of ordering to receive a full refund.
  • Obtain an RMA Number - Contact Access Ingenuity to notify us of your wish to return and request a Return Authorization Number. This number is to be clearly posted on the outside of the package you ship the return in.
  • Re-Package Your Item - Re-package your Access Ingenuity item(s) with all the original packaging and/or accessories.
  • Ship Your Item - Please ship your return item back to the indicated "Ship To" address you are given when you receive your RMA number. We suggest insuring your package and shipping via a track-able method, such as UPS, to ensure proper delivery. Access Ingenuity is not responsible for lost or damaged articles.
  • Exchanges - If you are returning an item to exchange it, please contact Access Ingenuity to place a new order.
